I began this project as an on-set runner and later joined as the composer. The film explores the mindset of a modern freelance "shooter" - a hired gun navigating a world where adaptability and precision are everything. Set in contemporary London, RONIN is a neon-noir micro thriller that delves into the psychological preparation behind each mission. The score reflects the duality of calculated planning and instinctive action, echoing the tension between control and chaos at the heart of the protagonist's journey.
